Skins UK Cinematography: Effy No. 2

I have trouble expressing myself with an extreme clarity.
Even my eyes stay steadier than they should.
I've decided to let Effy tell a bit of her story.
And I'll keep quiet, as always.

(These photos are from the show Skins UK. I do not own these images, but I did recapture them)

Off.

I don't think telling someone there are people worse-off than you is the best way of dealing with someone who's having an off day.

It's a delicate situation.

One that shouldn't be left alone, but oftentimes is. Usually to the point where the loneliness and misunderstanding becomes a tangible pain.

I'm at that point today. I don't feel like anyone is listening to me, and I'm having trouble finding people to talk to as it is.

All I've been is a disappointment to almost everyone today, including myself, and I hate it with an undying passion.

I can't handle today anymore. Can't handle not having an outlet.

The poison from all this negativity inside of me really is draining the life from me.
So I'm going to bed.

Sure, I have things to do. But I can't even find the energy to work on myself, let alone things with due dates.

Skins UK Cinematography: Franky No. 1

In the past, I've tried to find sources that showcased Skins UK during the times it has moved me. It's been a failing mission thus far, so I decided to take it upon myself to capture the fashions and exact moments that hit me most in the whole series.

I actually develop urges to re-watch particular episodes, and now, I play back moments over and over until I'm satisfied with the shot.

These posts will be spur-of-the-moment. When I'm ready to sit down and capture what I see. So look out for more of these in the future.

Enjoy Franky's trials and tribulations:

Wide Awake.

My mind is wide awake with thoughts and dreams, so I decided to fuel it with cinnamon sugar and caramel.

Twenty Tap Catch Up

I caught up with some friends at Twenty Tap earlier today: a place that serves delicious cheese curds and burgers with brie and bacon jam. Got Insomnia cookies for dessert.

The real treat was the continuous laughter with such good friends.

Ironic New Year

2014 wasn't felt until we dismantled the tree at my grandma's house, and ate black-eyed peas with hot sauce.

I'm hoping this year is as good as it's feeling right now.

Cheers!
